Wisdom Teeth Removal

Gentle, well-planned third-molar care — from a quick evaluation to comfortable surgical removal with sedation.

Third Molars, Handled Properly

Wisdom teeth are the last to arrive and the first to cause trouble — most mouths simply don’t have room for them. Impaction, cyst formation, and damage to the neighboring molar are the risks of waiting too long when a problem is developing.

We evaluate with 3D imaging, remove only what needs removing, and send you home with clear aftercare instructions and direct contact for any concerns.

Questions Patients Ask Us

When do wisdom teeth need to come out?

When they’re impacted, crowding other teeth, repeatedly inflamed, decayed, or threatening a neighboring molar. Many people keep healthy, well-positioned wisdom teeth — a panoramic or 3D scan shows which camp you’re in.

How bad is the recovery?

Plan on 3–4 days of swelling and soreness managed with medication and soft foods, with most people back to normal routines within a week. Following the aftercare instructions — especially avoiding straws and smoking — prevents dry socket, the main cause of rough recoveries.

Will I be awake?

Your choice. Local anesthesia alone works well for simple cases; nitrous oxide or deeper sedation makes longer surgical visits easy. See our sedation options.
