How Four Implants Replace Every Tooth
All-on-4 places two implants vertically at the front of the jaw and two tilted implants at the back, where bone is naturally denser. That angled engineering is the breakthrough: it lets many patients who’ve worn dentures for years — and lost bone because of it — get a fixed full arch without months of grafting first.
A full bridge of teeth attaches to those four posts. It doesn’t come out at night, doesn’t need adhesive, and restores far more chewing power than a conventional denture.

We digitally design the new arch, then complete extractions (if needed) and implant placement in one visit — with sedation options for comfort. Most patients go home that day with fixed temporary teeth.

What is the downside of All-on-4?
The main trade-offs are the upfront investment, the need for meticulous hygiene under the fixed bridge, and the fact that the whole restoration relies on four implants — so candidacy and precise placement matter enormously. Do they pull all your teeth for full-arch implants?
If failing teeth remain in the arch, they are removed at the same appointment the implants are placed — you’re never left without teeth. If some of your teeth are healthy and savable, we’ll talk about alternatives before recommending a full arch.
How long until I get my permanent teeth?
Most patients leave surgery with a fixed temporary bridge the same day. The implants integrate with your bone over the next 3–6 months, and then the permanent, custom-milled bridge is attached.
Is All-on-4 better than 3-on-6 or individual implants?
It depends on your bone. All-on-4 uses angled rear implants to work around bone loss, often avoiding grafting. Patients with strong bone volume have more options, including segmented bridges. The 3D scan tells us which approach is genuinely best for your anatomy.
