Dr. Rafie and Dr. Pourshirazi are the doctors behind four trusted practices across southwest Riverside County — Select Dental Implants, All Dental of Menifee, Sun City Dental, and Diamond Dental in Lake Elsinore. Select Dental Implants is where their implant and surgical expertise is concentrated.
Dr. Reza Rafie, DDS — Implant & Surgical Dentistry
Dr. Rafie graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston in 1992 and brings more than three decades of experience in implant dentistry and surgical procedures.
A recognized expert in his field, Dr. Rafie has lectured and taught implant dentistry courses — training other dentists in the techniques he uses every day. At Select Dental Implants, that depth of experience covers single-tooth implants, full-arch restorations, bone grafting, and complex surgical cases, all planned on cone-beam 3D imaging.

Dr. Homayoun Pourshirazi, DMD — Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry
Dr. Pourshirazi earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. His restorative and cosmetic focus completes the implant journey — abutments, crowns, bridges, and full-arch prosthetics designed to look natural and function for decades.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Tri-County Dental Society, and practices with an emphasis on patient education — you’ll always understand what’s happening and why. His diplomas and licensure are displayed in our office for every patient to see.
