These Terms of Use govern your use of selectdentalimplants.com (the “Site”), operated by Select Dental Implants, 27192 Newport Road, Suite 5, Menifee, CA 92584. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is educational — it is not dental or medical advice
Everything published here, including our treatment pages, cost guides, and implant articles, is general educational information. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for an examination by a licensed dentist. Dental implant treatment depends on your individual anatomy, health history, medications, and imaging — none of which a website can assess.
Reading this Site, submitting the appointment form, or contacting us does not create a dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are seen and formally accepted as a patient of the practice.
Dental emergencies
Do not use this Site, the appointment form, or email for an emergency. If you are experiencing severe pain, uncontrolled bleeding, facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or any medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. During office hours you may call us at (951) 672-6788.
Appointment requests
Submitting the request form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your appointment is scheduled only when our office contacts you and confirms a date and time. Requests are reviewed during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm) and are not monitored overnight, on weekends, or on holidays.
Information you send us
Please do not submit detailed health information, diagnoses, medication lists, or images through the website form or by email. Those channels are convenient but are not designed for protected health information. We will collect your health history privately and securely at your visit. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Calls and text messages
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about your appointment request, including messages sent by automated means. Consent is not a condition of receiving treatment. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Fees, estimates, and insurance
Any prices, ranges, or estimates shown on this Site are for general planning only. They are not quotes and are not offers of treatment. Your actual cost depends on your examination, imaging, and treatment plan, and is provided to you in writing before treatment begins. Insurance coverage varies by plan; benefit information we provide is an estimate, not a guarantee of payment by your insurer.
Results and photographs
Individual results vary. Any before-and-after photographs, case descriptions, or patient comments on this Site represent those individuals’ outcomes and are not a promise or guarantee that you will experience the same result.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, and our clinical guides cite recognized sources. Even so, dentistry evolves and errors are possible. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to outside resources (for example, the American Dental Association or Mayo Clinic) and uses third-party services for scheduling requests, analytics, and video. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.

The content, layout, graphics, and original photography on this Site are owned by Select Dental Implants or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, or systematically copy the Site’s content without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Select Dental Implants and its doctors and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability for the professional care we actually provide to our patients, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
